Rhapsody Of Realities 17 December 2024 – Oneness With Him

TOPIC: Oneness With Him (Rhapsody of Realities, 17 December 2024)
MEMORISE: “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” – Colossians 1:27
Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional Message:
What does it mean when the Bible says “Christ in you”?
Simply put, “Christ in you” means that Christ literally dwells in you. You become His house, where He lives, walks, and speaks through you by the power of the Holy Spirit.
In Ephesians 5:30, the Bible affirms that “we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.” As a believer, you are no longer separate from Christ but are inseparably one with Him. You are fused with Him spiritually, as John 14:20 confirms, “I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.” This profound oneness means you are His feet, His hands, and His limbs. 1 Corinthians 6:15 says it clearly: “Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ?”
This reality transforms your life. Just as the Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 3:5, “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God,” your sufficiency comes from God. You no longer rely on your own strength, but on God’s power at work in you.
In Philippians 4:13, Paul declares, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” His confidence came from the understanding that he was one with Christ. He recognized that as a believer, he had become one with deity, and because of this, he could accomplish anything through the empowerment of Christ.
As a Christian, you are empowered to live a victorious life because Christ is in you, and your sufficiency is of God. You are invincible, prosperous, fruitful, and productive because the ability of God is working in you and through you.
Confession:
Christ dwells in me, and I in Him. I am inseparably one with Him, a member of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. I am the vessel through which He manifests His glory and reveals His multifaceted wisdom without limits. My sufficiency is of Him, and through Him, I can do all things. I walk in the consciousness of this divine reality today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
